Improving Local Visibility of Used Clothing Shop

This is my case study on how I helped improve the digital and local visibility of a used clothing shop with no cost to the owner.

My Tita (mother’s elder sister) opened a used clothing store in Nagerong, Lazi, Siquijor, a few years ago. She is a doctor based in St. Pete, Florida, and she loves thrift stores in the U.S. Because she loves thrifting, she has accumulated tons of clothes and accessories and sent these to us via balikbayan packages. She also regularly sends gowns and tuxedos to be rented out for special occassions in our town. For the first few years of the business, she focused on gown/tuxedo rental. Eventually, she added used clothing for sale. In the summer of 2022, I volunteered to change management and turn around her business for 4 weeks.
