Romantic, according to Merriam-Webster, is “marked by the imaginative or emotional appeal of what is heroic, adventurous, remote, mysterious, or idealized.” Romantic, at least in terms of getaways, according to me, is private, almost exclusive, where you and your partner are able to express your feelings away from the prying eyes of the public.
