My 5 Favorite Food to Eat in Bacolod

Hmmm.. Every person who has visited Bacolod will have their 10, or even more, things to love about this City of Smiles, and when it comes to food, I am very sure no one would say they did not enjoy Bacolod. Many people, including myself, come to Bacolod to enjoy the food. There is nothing not to love about Bacolod cuisine. An Afternoon in Silay and Talisay

Last year, my sister and her family and Joel and I went to Bacolod. There was no particular itinerary except to eat good food and probably let Elijah, my four-year old nephew, enjoy. Our trip was Friday to Saturday. That Friday, before The White Hotel allowed us to check in, we went to The Negros Museum and The Negros Forests and Ecological Foundation. The Saturday, we went to the Negros Farmers’ Weekend Market and had nothing to do after. We wanted to go back to the hotel to see if their resident tour car is still available so we could do some sightseeing. So we hailed a taxi.
