I was envious of the many people who blogged about paying just P2,000 for a round trip ticket to Singapore. I tried my best to be able to score tickets of that price range but I was not successful. I just decided to splurge a little bit in air fare, and save in some aspects of the travel. Anyway, it was my first international trip, might as well enjoy it to the best I can afford. So, I booked SilkAir, and I was glad I did because SilkAir service was top-notch (at least compared to the several budget planes I flew with in the past).
